Plenty of people have paid, and paid big money, to see Caitlin Clark play this season. There are a few players for whom she’d return the favor.
“I would say JuJu right now probably. That is who pay and go see,” Clark said, referring to Southern California’s freshman phenom JuJu Watkins.
“But also Hannah Hidalgo at Notre Dame,” Clark said. “I think she's been tremendous. I think Hannah has kind of flown under the radar a little bit.”

Watkins and Hidalgo joined Clark, Stanford’s Cameron Brink and UConn’s Paige Bueckers on The Associated Press All-American team last week. Bueckers, Maya Moore and Courtney Paris were the only other players to be named to the AP’s All-American team since it began in 1994-95.

Clark also shouted out another freshman, Madison Booker of Texas. Booker began the year as the Longhorns’ small forward and finished as its point guard.
“There's just so much young talent,” Clark said. “How exciting is that for women's basketball fans, to know our game is in really great hands and the talent level across the board for maybe even teams that haven't consistently been in the Final Four. The parity is amazing, and I think that's what's going to help viewership numbers grow, too.”
